If you are planning a product launch then we have the skill, experience and on-site facilities to make sure it is a resounding success.

For up to 120 people the Lakeside International Hotel's Peninsula Suite is ideal, however if you require bigger location or large stage area for bulky products then either the Canal Suite with it stage and seating for 400 or the Lakeside Country Club with its massive stage and seating for 1100 will be ideal.

We have the scenic and spot lighting, audio-visual systems and wireless networking (Wifi) for Internet access to make sure your product is launched in style and with maximum impact and publicity.

We can organise all of refreshments from tea and coffee to Champagne and all of your catering from light snacks, a finger buffet or full meal.

Our location is convenient for travelling by road with junction 4 of the M3 only minutes away. For those travelling by rail Ash Vale station has direct trains to London Waterloo and North Camp station direct trains to Reading and Guildford. Both stations are only minutes away by taxi from Lakeside.

If you are planning an international product launch Farnborough Airport for business jets is only minutes away, Heathrow airport only 35 minutes and Gatwick about 45 minutes.
